This is a 'frozen product'. We do our best to insulate and dispatch via priority next day delivery-we sold dozens frozen items per month there has been many successful orders.
But, delays or misunderstandings between the courier and the customer can happen and we have no control over this.
Therefore, frozen items can only be sent at 100% customer risk. If your frozen item is spoiled by a shipping delay we cannot accept any responsibility. If you are not willing to accept this, please do not include any frozen items in your order.
